A young Palestinian was martyred and another injured by the Israeli army near the occupied West Bank town of Jenin on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Belgium has pledged to donate 23 million dollars to the UN's aid organisation for Palestinian refugees after the US government announced it would slash its funding to the agency by half.
