Australia: Saudi Arabia Donates $ 1 Million for Islamic Museum

 

Saudi Ambassador Nabil bin Mohammed Al Saleh has said that the Saudi Arabia donated $ 1 million in financial aid to the Islamic Museum in Australia. This came during a speech given by Al Saleh at annual fundraising gala dinner on Islamic Museum of Australia. The Saudi Ambassador, Al Saleh gave a check for the amount to the Ahmed Alphahor, President of the museum in the presence of Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop during event of first anniversary of the founding of the museum in Melbourne. Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop also thanked the Saudi government for its role and contribution in support of the Islamic Museum in Australia, and admired the positive relations between the both countries..
